Delete your Monkeygames account

You can request deletion of your Monkeygames app account and associated personal data by email.

Deleting your account is permanent. Once the deletion process is completed, your account data, saved progress, and related profile information can no longer be restored.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support+monkeygames@famobi.com with the subject line Monkeygames Account Deletion Request.
2. Use the email address connected to your Monkeygames account when possible, or mention that you no longer have access to it.
3. Include any details that help identify the account, such as your account email, player name, user ID, device platform, or recent purchase information if applicable.

After we verify the request, we will process the deletion of the account and the data associated with it in line with our legal obligations.

What happens after deletion

• Your Monkeygames app account and connected profile data will be removed from active use.
• Your gameplay progress, saved preferences, and other account-linked information may be erased as part of the deletion process.
• Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained for the period required by law.
