Flames & Fortune is a fantasy card game in which you have to skillfully play the cards in your deck to defeat dangerous monsters.

You have been accepted into the ranks of the legendary Pyro-Paladins, who use powerful spell cards to fight dragons, orcs and other horrors. Inspired by the dungeon crawler app "Card Crawl", you also have to play 54 cards strategically and fight your way through dungeons in this strategy game.

Spell and shield

At the start of the game, four cards are revealed from the deck and there are six different card types:

• Monster cards show the horrible inhabitants of the underground dungeons that attack your hero. The number on the card indicates how much damage your opponent does and how much attack power you need to defeat them.
• Spell attacks are offensive magic attacks that inflict damage points on monsters.
• Shield cards are used to defend your hero and, depending on their strength, ward off part of the attack.
• Healing potions replenish your hero's health points.
• Gold cards give you coins that you can use to unlock new cards when you have played a dungeon round.
• Spell cards allow your hero to cast powerful spells that reflect an attack, for example, or shuffle all cards on the field back into the deck.

How to play

The aim of this collectible card game is to discard all the cards in a deck. Spells, healing potions, gold cards and shields can be placed in the right or left hand of your character or in the backpack. From there, you can use them to inflict damage on monsters or to heal yourself. To attack an enemy, simply draw the attack spell from your hand onto their card. If an enemy's strength drops to zero, their card disappears. You can also get rid of monster cards by dragging them onto your character or shield so that they attack. However, if they break through your defense, you will take damage equal to their strength. As soon as you have removed three cards from the playing field, new cards are drawn.

Plan your moves well and make sure that your character's life does not drop to zero, otherwise the game is over. Cast powerful spells at the right moment and keep an eye on attack and defense. Collect gold, expand your deck and become the hero of the dungeon!
