Nonogram Master - Solve the number puzzles!

Nonogram Master is a fun number game in which you have to solve popular Japanese logic puzzles to reveal pixel images.

Fill in the squares of the nonogram puzzle in a total of 150 levels according to the number clues and train your logical thinking skills. Once all the squares are filled in correctly, a pixel image with animal motifs, plants, and other objects will appear.

How to play Nonogram Master

Depending on your skill level, you can play in easy, medium, or hard mode. How to solve the nonograms:

• Look at the numbers on the left and top of the grid on the playing field. They give you a clue as to how many squares must be filled in each row or column.
• Click on an empty box to fill it. If you set the slider to “X,” you can use a process of elimination to mark cells that are definitely not filled.
• There must always be at least one empty box between two groups of numbers.
• Example: A combination of “5 4” in a 10x10 grid indicates that five boxes are filled, followed by an empty box and then four more boxes.

Tips and tricks for puzzle fans

The following approaches are helpful for solving difficult nonograms with large grids:

• Always start with the numbers or sums of numbers where you are sure how the entire row or column must be filled. In a 10x10 grid, these are numbers such as “10”, “5 4” or “6 3”.
• Then work your way forward logically, look at the next highest numbers or sums and work with overlaps. The “7” can start either at one edge or in the middle. Regardless of where it starts, the four middle squares must be filled in.
• If you are sure that a square cannot be filled in, mark it with an “X”.
• If there are several numbers in a clue, for example “2 1 3,” pay attention to the minimum and maximum distances between the blocks. There must be at least one empty square between the numbers.
• Nonograms are purely logical puzzles. By thinking carefully, you will always find the solution and won't have to guess.
