Drawing Squares - Fill the most squares!

Drawing Squares is a tricky puzzle game in which you have to draw lines on a sheet of graph paper to complete squares. The player who claims the most squares wins.

“Dots and Boxes” is a game that many people will remember from their school days. Instead of playing with paper and pen, you play virtually against the computer, but the principle is the same: you have to draw lines on a grid to claim squares for yourself. The lines are always drawn alternately with your opponent. Whoever closes the square at the end is assigned the box. If you successfully win a square, you can immediately draw another line. The player with the most squares at the end wins.

At the beginning of the game, you decide how big the playing field should be – the smallest field is 4x4 squares, the largest 12x12.

Tip: Stay away from the corners at first, because it only takes two lines to close the square there. If you draw the first line, your opponent can claim the square right away.
